Take a look at the list of our most favorite people in the whole wide world, our 2004 Velo Bella Sponsors. This team, our clothing, this website, all of our craziness, none of it would be possible without their generous support. 02/02/04 - Velo Bellas Gather at Spokesman
Our 2004 meeting was held this past weekend at The Spokesman Bicycles in Santa Cruz. About 50 women showed for the event, anxious to hear abut the exciting plans Velo Bella has in store for 2004. So, we spent about 5 minutes talking about that, and the rest of the time we spent chatting, shopping, trying on clothes, and painting each other's nails. Okay, so we didnt do that. We did ride afterwards though. Half the group headed out on the roads to Corralitos to check out the new Velo Bella headquarters and the other half hit the dirt at UCSC. Wanna see pictures?
There's still time to join Velo Bella. If you are interested in racing for Velo Bella for the 2004 Season, plase contact .
02/01/04 - Clothing Order has Ended
Did you lag and forget to submit your 2004 Velo Bella clothing order? Man, are you ever going to be sorry when the stuff arrives in March. We did order a few extras, so if you ask real nice and bribe us with brownies, you might get lucky.
02/01/04 - Georgia Belle-as Organize Race Clinic
Cathy Boland organized a southern style race clinic for our Georgia Belles. Seven (7) Women attended the FREE session and seemed to have a good ol time. BIG BELLA THANKS to clinic instructors, Kelli Rogan and Esther Davis, for volunteering and to the rest of the gals for showing up and learning stuff.
